God Save The Queen! - and her fascist regime

Well what can I say.....Both of my younger brothers are taking a little vacation courtesy of Her Majesty The Queen.
David is currently holidaying in Erlestoke near to Devizes and Mc.Teej is at the moment in Gloucester on remand, hopefully he wont be there for too much longer and David is due to come out on the 11Th June but he should get an 18 day early release for good behaviour, we hope so anyway! At least when David does get out he wont be going onto a tag which means that he can get to the summer solstice at Stonehenge! Whoo hoo! He'll be real glad that he wont be missing that, it's such a great atmosphere!

Galaxy Zoo

I've found an amazing site, well I've been visiting it for a while now and it's so good that I thought I'd better write something about it!
What it is is an online galaxy classification programme. You have millions of pictures of galaxies taken from the hubble telescope and you have to browse through them and give them a classification, it's really addictive! here is a picture of my favourite one that I've seen so far

Another year older...

Well its that time of year again... April is always a busy month in my year as most of my family seem to have been born then! I am now 26 still young but old enough to know better! My Dad has been over from France so that was a nice surprise for me. We went out for a meal and had a good chat about a lot of things.
My youngest daughter, Skye, was born in April on the 13Th so her birthday is coming up too, she will be 2 years old. She was born on a Friday, Friday the 13Th! (of all the days to be born on....) so Friday the 13Th is no longer an unlucky day in my calender. I'm told that the reason we believe that Friday the 13Th is unlucky is due to the Christian faith anyway, Friday being a derivative of the Roman goddess Freya and 13 being the 13Th disciple at Christs last supper, so i didn't really feel that it was an especially unlucky day to begin with! But now it is definitely a positive day as Skye is such a joy to behold. She is having a birthday party at a local children's play center which she loves, its got 4 layers of slides, tunnels, nets and ball-pools and loads of other fun things to play with so she will have an excellent day I'm sure.
Well that's it for now, I'll be back soon! I wont leave it quite so long in between updates this time! I have been a bit slack really, I noticed that my last post was in November!

Melissa Wrawlings

My cousin, Melissa, has been fighting cancer now for a long time and, sadly, she passed away this morning. I'm told that she passed without pain and was at peace. She leaves behind her two lovely children, Ben and Curtis, who will very much miss their mother as so will all of her family. Her health was deteriorating very rapidly towards the end and i guess, hard as it seems, that her passing away was a blessing in disguise, she is at rest now and will suffer no more. Here's to Melissa, a beloved cousin, mother, daughter and friend. we will all miss you and our thoughts and condolences go out to your Sons. Goodbye Melissa, i hope you're at peace now xxx

Hello people, I'm back! Been a while since I last updated my blog so I thought I'd update it. My little Bro is here he's back too, He's been on holiday.....courtesy of Her Majesty the Queen! Just got out last week, He's been in Wales. Well gotta go, see you all soon!

Phoenix's Birthday Party

Phoenix is having a fancydress party for her %th birthday, oh my god where does the time go!? She's growing up so fast. Skye is growing at a rate of knotts! She has nearly a full set of teeth now and is very willing to test them out on phoenix's arms all the time! Phoenix is not enjoying it one bit! But its only a phase she's going through, I'm sure we all did it aqt that age! In fact i can remember biting a sibling and my mother biting me back! I never bit again after that!!
